In Spain, the European constitution has been approved by referendum on 20th february 2005. It still needs to be ratified by the parliament.

Results of the referendum

  • In favour : 76,73%.
  • Against : 17,24%.
  • Blank vote : 6,03%.
  • Abstention rate : 57,68%.
