The Bolkestein directive is not dead! It is currently debated in the european parliament.
- 11/07/2005 : The employment and social affairs commission has voted its report.
- 04-05/10/2005 : The Internal market and industry commission will vote its position. Link to the agenda
- 24-27/10/2005 or later : Plenary discussion at the Parliament.
